This position supports our corporate administration and compliance functions, ensuring our operations meet regulatory and internal governance standards. You'll work closely with management and play a key role in:
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting filings
- Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes
- Assist with company registrations, amendments, and statutory filings
- Maintain corporate records and compliance documentation
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Support internal compliance processes and reporting
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and service providers
- Provide general administrative support to the corporate team
- Previous experience in administration, legal, compliance, or corporate services (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
