This position supports our corporate administration and compliance functions, ensuring our operations meet regulatory and internal governance standards. You'll work closely with management and play a key role in:

  • Supporting filings
  • Keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes
🧩 Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with company registrations, amendments, and statutory filings
  • Maintain corporate records and compliance documentation
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions
  • Support internal compliance processes and reporting
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and service providers
  • Provide general administrative support to the corporate team
✅ Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, legal, compliance, or corporate services (preferred)
