Key Responsibilities
Claims Management
- Efficiently monitor and manage incoming claims across multiple channels, including call, email, claims portal, and WhatsApp.
- Deliver timely, clear, and empathetic communication to customers, ensuring a seamless and positive claims experience.
- Handle travel inconvenience claims (flight delays, cancellations, baggage issues) and medical claims in accordance with policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Work in close coordination with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Underwriting to ensure the effective resolution of complex cases.
- Identify opportunities to streamline claims processes and contribute to continuous service optimization.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in every claim handled.
- Proven experience in travel insurance claims handling or medical claims processing.
- Familiarity with claims management systems and multi-channel communication platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with very strong spoken English.
