Job description

Our Client is a rapidly growing food service company based in Finglas, North Dublin, specialising in frozen, chilled, and ambient food products. We proudly supply a wide range of fast-food outlets and hospitality businesses across Ireland. With their own successful pizzia chain and a commitment to quality and service.

Our Client is looking to grow and expand the sales team with passionate and driven individuals who want to be part of our journey.

The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive (office based) to help drive growth across our existing customer base and expand into new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upselling to existing customers
  • Lead generation and outbound sales
  • Onboarding potential new customers
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Working to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of phone based/ telesales sales experience, ideally in the frozen food or foodservice sector
  • Excellent phone manner and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to record and update client database accordingly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a busy sales team
  • Goal-driven with a passion for delivering results
Salary & Benefits:
  • Base salary

Experience:
  • Telesales Food Industry: 3 years (required)
