About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for a smart, ambitious graduate to work directly with the CEO of a regulated financial services firm. As a Junior Business Analyst, you’ll help prepare internal reports, analyse business data, and support the development of tools and dashboards that drive real-time decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the CEO on management reports, performance dashboards, and board presentations
- Analyse key operational and financial data across the business to support strategic decision-making
- Review and segment client data to identify usage trends, revenue potential, and cross-sell opportunities
- Support business development efforts by preparing market analysis, client performance summaries, and opportunity tracking
- Build and maintain tools in Excel and Power BI to improve visibility and decision-making
- Create high-quality presentation materials in Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Collaborate with internal teams—finance, operations, and sales—to collect and validate data inputs
- Contribute to special projects that drive efficiency, growth, or transformation across the business
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a relevant role (internships or placements count)
- Exceptional Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts)
- Excellent presentation skills using Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Experience or strong interest in Power BI, SQL, or data tools is a plus
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Interest in financial markets, trading platforms, or fintech
- A self-starter who’s organised, detail orientated, curious, and not afraid to ask questions
