Bolt Global Talent Solutions was founded in 2018 by Vanessa Flynn, a Mauritian national based in the United States. The company was born out of her desire to fully utilize her passion for connecting talented people with the right opportunities, especially through a platform that allows them to fulfil their passions and showcase their talents.
Bolt Global Talent Solutions is also a fast-growing and strengthening recruitment firm. Indeed, Elizabeth Keeve joined the team as Managing Partner in 2019. She bring s along her strategic influence and network in Africa as well as her passion for client experience by leading the team on the ground in Mauritius. Asma Dinat, meanwhile, joined the company in 2020, further strengthening the experience with prestigious clients across a range of HR functions and sectors.
At the operational level, the company has two divisions. The first is Bolt Talent Solutions, a recruitment firm that specializes in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). It is primarily involved in executive search and IT recruitment. It serves numerous international clients. Bolt Home, on the other hand, is the immigration division, which offers a complete turnkey solution to help companies and individuals to settle in Mauritius.
It is also worth noting that Bolt Global Talent Solutions is 100% female-owned and operated and is based in Mauritius, with entities in South Africa and the United States. In 2022, its revenue reached $2 million (USD). The team also has 20 members worldwide.
